Falling walls engage Community Day

During the Community Day on 6 November, we organised a workshop on how global and local challenges can be addressed through science engagement.

What is the Community Day? Traditionally, one day before the Falling Walls Engage pitches, the Falling Walls Engage winners come together to network and discuss science engagement.

The International Year of Science Engagement wants to bring the voices of Science Engagers to the forefront! We were amazed by all the ideas and concerns shared in our workshop. Climate change, gender equality and access to funding were main themes our Engagers want to focus on.
